So far, this has been a slow weekend in real estate. The phone hasn't rung much and our listings are getting very little traffic. We did receive an offer on one of our homes, but it wasn't what it should be. Both Keith and I held open houses today and we had just four groups through our properties; Keith had three and I had just one....made for a long, lonely Sunday!
Despite things being slow, we did put another new listing on the market this weekend. We listed a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome at Sonoma Villero in Bothell/North Kirkland. You can see this home by clicking on this link:

This upcoming week will be busy as we prepare to go on vacation for 10 days. Keith was struck by a hit and run driver last September in Seattle and received a broken hand and lots of bump and bruises. Fortunately, those were the extent of his injuries and he was able to settle with the driver's insurance company. So, thanks to Famer's Insurance, we're off to the Mediterreanean on a cruise. We'll be starting out in Spain, and then going on to France, Monaco, Italy, Malta and Greece before coming back. We can't wait to go! We'll post some pictures when we get back.
This last week was an interesting one. Both Keith and I were invited by IntraCorp, a condo & townhome builder, to attend an "agent summit" to give them input and feedback on a number of different aspects of their products. We discussed everything from amenities to quality to marketing. We felt honored to be among just 15 selected agents from around the community to participate in this session. We also paid a visit to the South Lake Union Discovery center, the sales & information office for Vulcan Real Estate in Seattle. There are some impressive new condo projects coming to this neighborhood, with prices from the $300k to well over a million range. John L. Scott Real Estate will be listing these units. Its great that our company will be representing these "built-green" projects.
